Unless otherwise stated on the specific Product’s or Service’s sales page and order form and/or in these Terms, all of our products and services come with an action-based 14-Day Money Back Guarantee, with the conditions outlined above.
All we ask is that you actually take action with the business training & coaching and give it a solid go.
In order to qualify for an action-based refund, we will ask you to provide the work you have done to show you have meet the specified conditions. We also will require you to do this within 14 days from the date of purchase.
To Request a Refund, You Must First Complete the New Member Coaching Process:
1) - Watch & complete all videos in the Discovery Process modules 1-5
2) - Submit your Coaching Questionnaire
3) - Book and Attend your 1-on-1 Coaching Call
NOTE: Our 1 on 1 coaching call is a paid service included in the $97.00 investment to get access to the Digital Connection Network lifetime membership. If you schedule a call but do not show up, the $97.00 will not be refundable due to not showing up for the service requested.
To request a refund, respond to the email you received upon paying for and joining Digital Connection Network with proof of completing the above items.
Refund will be processed by your Digital Connection Network Coach upon request, if all above conditions have been met in full. Customers ineligible for a refund may be granted a partial refund in our sole discretion.
